Michael Bailey Associates has been operating in Australia since 2012, when the group acquired Apex Resource Solutions. The business has offices in Singapore and Malaysia, the USA and throughout Europe, including in the UK, Switzerland, Germany and the Netherlands.
The Australian team focuses on the recruitment of IT and Oil & Gas contractors and permanent staff. Across the group we also cover Finance, Pharma, Telco and Manufacturing Technology as well as offering an on-site recruitment solution for larger clients.
Phil Hack, Director of our Australian business, has over 20 years experience in the IT recruitment industry, both in Australia and overseas. He has led the team at Michael Bailey Associates Australia since 2009.
With a wealth of knowledge gathered via broad client and industry experience, coupled with a genuine passion for technology, Phil is very hands on, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
Phil has implemented a business strategy with the client at its heart. The emphasis is on building a thorough understanding of the client and their business objectives through strong, long-term relationships.
