Michael Bailey Associates has been operating in Australia since 2012, when the group acquired Apex Resource Solutions. The Sydney office supports a number of private and public sector organisations with delivery of flexible talent solutions.
We operate in the Technology and Oil & Gas sectors, providing the resource to fill short term gaps with contract talent as well as working closely with clients to match permanent professionals for the longer term.
Our approach
The Sydney office aligns with the best practice ethos of the group as a whole. This approach combines developing strong client relationships with nurturing of talent communities, both passive and active.
As a business, we focus on building teams with specific, niche knowledge of a particular 'vertical' market. Each consultant is embedded in a particular talent market with insight into the detail on that area - such as demand trends, market rates, major players, who else is hiring, upcoming projects etc.
We will take an Account Management approach to larger clients who are hiring a range of different skills, collaborating with colleagues who have a vertical specialism to ensure that the client receives the very best support.
It's a mix that works – producing a collaborative office environment with a determined, motivated and ultimately successful group of dedicated recruitment consultants.
