Within Data & Analytics department (D&A) we need a strong center of excellence for data and data analytics, which are the driving force behind a data-driven culture, data governance & quality frameworks, our BI function and the close connection with IT on a future-proof data infrastructure.

What will you do as a Lead Data Engineer Pre-ingestion?

As a Senior Data Engineer you will be responsible for leading the Engineering efforts of the pre-ingestion team. In this role, you will work alongside our Core Data Platform team to provide the technical necessities of integrating the different data sources into our main Core Data Platform.

In terms of tooling we work on Azure. Some examples of components in our stack include:

Scala/Python

Airflow

Kafka

Kubernetes

Spark (Databricks)

All the previous run on Azure
