Business Analyst - Credit Analytics

Our client in the banking is looking for a Business Analyst. As a Business Analyst in the Credit Analytics Portfolio. In response to organizational changes, we are expanding our team's capabilities to include essential ITIL activities, focusing on Incident, Change, Configuration, and Relationship Management. We are looking for a proactive and result-driven individual to help us analyze our team's current knowledge level, formalize the desired state, and establish clear processes to enhance awareness and competence within the team.

Responsibilities:

• Assess the current team's awareness of ITIL practices, particularly in Service Manager 9 (SM9), for Incident, Change, Configuration, and Relationship Management.
• Collaborate closely with team members and SM9 experts to define and implement a clear process that caters to varying levels of expertise.
• Drive continuous improvement through Agile methodologies, ensuring a purpose-fit process to maintain Production environments.
• Extend the successful approach to other teams within the Tribe.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a process-oriented Business Analyst.
• Experience in IT and architecture within large change programs and complex environments.
• Proficiency in working with distributed teams, including offshore and nearshore locations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coaching skills.
• ITIL Foundation in Service Management certification.
• Agile certification (PSM/PSPO or equivalent).
• Knowledge of process models and Business Analysis methods.
• Familiarity with SM9 is a plus.
