Job Description:

As a Business Analyst within the Loan Products & Payments area of the Financing tribe, you will work within a squad focused on enhancing applications for wholesale customers to improve the overall customer experience. This role requires you to work in a diverse, international environment where you will collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement solutions that drive value for business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support users and the product owner in creating and refining the product backlog, focusing on providing true value for the business.
  • Identify functional and non-functional requirements for the system.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and define outcomes.
  • Challenge stakeholders on requirements to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Translate business needs into actionable solutions.
  • Contribute to the team's goals by actively participating in both business analysis and testing tasks as needed.
  • Work cross-functionally with other team members to deliver commitments.
  • Engage in ongoing process improvement efforts.
