At the moment we are looking for one of our clients for a Business Analyst that has experience with different Regulations especially MIFID and EMIR. You will work in the Invest Money Regulatory team their task is implement different regulation into their ICT landscape, Processes, Impacting. Does this sound interesting? Project Details:

• Location: Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
• Type: Permanent.
• Work situation: Hybrid.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management, ICT legal, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a business analyst within the financial sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly solve complex problems.
• Communications skill, Both written and spoken in English.
• Must be living in The Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

• Explore new and existing regulations, understanding their impact on the organization.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner, Scrum team, and other departments on architecture, vision, and implementation strategies.
• Provide mentorship to less experienced Business Analysts.
• Leverage knowledge of MiFID and EMIR for effective navigation and integration within regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
