Business Analyst

To briefly introduce myself my name is Bas van der Bijl, I work for Michael Bailey Associates, and I am a Senior Consultant specialized in IT Operations Oriented Profiles.

At the moment I am looking for a dedicated Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role to ensure that the reporting obligations adhere to the various regulatory authorities. The position interacts with an operational landscape that assists teams with compliance-related tasks. The role requires improvements to the current solution, making it more robust and maintainable.

Responsibilities include:

• Analyze data lineage, business logic, and processes to define requirements.
• Liaise and align requirements with various stakeholders.
• Collaborate on solution design alongside organizational architect.
• Draft and maintain documents on analysis, design, testing, and processes.

You have:

• Strong background in regulatory reporting, asset management back office, or both.
• Stakeholder & Negotiation skills.
• Experience in projects with complex IT & process landscapes.
