To support its team of 45 people, which has grown Steadily since its creation in 2016, Our client is looking for a Channel Account Manager.
Passionate about the development and implementation of IT infrastructures and applications (mobility, security, identity federation, directories, etc.) for our customers, you will be a driving force in the development and rationalization of the needs of our clients and will support them in the implementation of innovative Solutions in order to make their projects truly successful.

Job Summary
Working with our Client Executive team and Delivery Team, you will have instant impact on a great team with great solutions! You will be responsible for developing and managing the Channel in EMEA and beyond which includes: developing new partner relationships, maintaining partner relationships, building new programs, managing partner related leads along with the Client Executive.

As a Channel Account Manager, your primary focus is aimed at building and maintaining an active Channel which should provide sustained transactional sales growth. Collaborating with the entire partner ecosystem to identify, develop, accelerate, up-sell and close transactions is critical. Without you and the work of your partners, the money doesn’t flow in!

Role and Responsibility:
Develop the clients partner ecosystem directly and indirectly in EMEA and beyond, within the portfolio of accounts
Prospecting and responding to incoming partner leads with the Client Executive to build and maintain a pipeline that will exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly quotas
Working closely with the Professional Services team to demonstrate and scale our solution to meet individual client needs
Preparing and presenting contracts, closing contracts, and monitoring relationship with partners
Maintaining the Partner relationship
Willingness to travel, as Partner need dictates.

Skills required:
Must possess excellent customer service skills both written and verbal.
Fluent French and English
Must be internet savvy
Sales experience in IT
