Credit Controller

Urgently seeking a Credit Controller to work on this exciting new project for a leading Energy Company,

Initial 3 months and the position will be hybrid with weekly visits to site in Milton Keynes.

This is a great opportunity to join the clients Customer Operations team to work in collections for their industrial, commercial, small and micro business customers.

Skills and requirements:

• Have experience of B2B debt collection techniques
• Good attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Be experienced in speaking to customers and having an assertive conversation regarding arrears on their account
• Experience of managing high volume collections.

Desirable:

• Have commercial Utility (Gas/Electricity)
