We're seeking a Databricks CoE SME to collaborate with business users on exciting customer engagements. You'll tackle diverse projects, from crafting reference architectures to implementing MVPs, and guide stakeholders in transformative big data initiatives. Your expertise will shape end-to-end designs and ensure successful Databricks adoption.

What You'll Do:

• Lead impactful technical projects, integrating Databricks solutions with client systems.
• Provide expertise in data engineering, data science, and cloud tech to maximize data value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure timely project delivery.
• Offer escalated support for customer operational challenges.
• Collaborate with Databricks Customer Support to resolve issues promptly.

Your Qualifications:

• 7+ years in a customer-facing role, specializing in Big Data Technologies.
• Proficiency in Python or Scala coding.
• Experience in managing technical projects, including scope and timelines.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Proven conflict resolution and client management abilities.
