Are you passionate about revolutionizing the way DevOps teams operate? Do you thrive on automating processes and optimizing workflows to minimize manual intervention? We're seeking a DevOps Optimization Specialist to join our dynamic team and drive efficiency across our DevOps ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a methodology to assist squads in identifying and minimizing avoidable or automatable Ops work.
• Co-develop or acquire a technology stack aimed at automating Ops tasks for various squads.
• Promote proactive problem-solving by eliminating manual intervention wherever possible.
• Understand the goals and needs of DevOps teams, translating them into actionable requirements.
• Bridge the gap between business/application owners and users, effectively communicating with stakeholders.
• Embrace an agile/Scrum/DevOps mindset and apply working experience to enhance team efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Comprehensive understanding of monitoring, automation, and AIOps with a holistic perspective.
• Familiarity with auto-remediation concepts within DevOps.
• Knowledge of Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR).
• Functional understanding of AI, specifically Machine Learning (ML).

Location: Utrecht

Duration: 12 months > into permanent contract

Work: Hybrid
