Digital Performance analyst

SENIOR DIGITAL PERFORMANCE ANALYST URGENTLY REQUIRED FOR 6 MONTH PUBLIC CONTRACT IN LONDON/MILTON KEYNES/EAST KILBRIDE

SC CLEARANCE REQUIRED

HYBRID WORKING ARRANGEMENT (2 days a week in 1 of 3 offices)

Role: Senior Data Insights Manager
Contract Length: 6 months from start date initially
Location: Hybrid – London, Milton Keynes, or East Kilbride 2 days per week

SC Clearance required

Delegate, automate or up-skill others in analysis where possible and appropriate, provide leadership and proactively use analysis to improve services; Proficient in a wide range of tools and ensure that the team is equipped with the required skills according to the strategy; Skilled and experienced at carrying out the day-to-day activities of a performance analyst, including setting up performance measurement frameworks, while also carrying out increasingly complex analysis working with other teams where necessary; Develop tools and techniques to aid others in analysis; Responsible for the accuracy and quality of data, analysis and how these are used.

Minimum Requirements:

• ITIL Foundation is necassary for this fole
• Must have experience of Service Now and IT Service Management Tooling
• Ability to use data to identify Trends and make recommendations and forecasts for Senior Leadership Team
• Strong stakeholder management & communication skills to senior level
• Proven expreince of user centred analysis in previous roles
