Seeking- Full Stack Developer

5 Month Contract

Hybrid- London/Waterloo

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team and help us build next-generation tools and experiences for our customers and colleagues.

You will be working on the cutting edge of energy innovation with a passionate group of developers and designers.
Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and maintaining complex web apps and delivering high-quality software in a fast-paced environment.

What we need from you:

Proven experience in full-stack development with NodeJS (NestJS) and React based web apps (or with similar frameworks).
•  Familiarity with React State management tools such as Zustand and Redux.
•  Experience working in Azure environments and with Azure-compatible tools
•  Ability to work well within an Agile team in a fast-paced environment.
•  Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
•  Open and collaborative with a desire to help others.
Familiarity with these would be advantageous:
• GraphQL, Apollo Client, D3 and Storybook
• Messaging queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus) and event driven design
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems is a plus
• Experience with database design and optimisation, preferably PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with WebSocket and Pub/Sub mechanism.
