We are currently collaborating with a banking client, who are looking for various Help Desk Specialists (Permanent), who can support the existing Team of 7
On site in London
The role:
Supporting stakeholders with remote issues, phone issues, etc.
Citrix (android, IOS, blackburry, iPhone)
Webex multifactor authentication
PowerShell
Cisco telephone (an advantage)
Remote – teamsview.
VDI ; Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (user access management)
Team works on around 150 tickets per day
Must-Have Skills:
ITIL
Exchange
XL
SCCM
AD
Powerpoint
Must have used a ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Remedy ; client currently use EasyVista.
Open to junior or senior profiles - has to be a self-starter, someone who will roll up their sleeves and fix the issue
