Helpdesk Support Specialist - Geneva

Description

We are currently collaborating with a banking client in Geneva, who are looking for 2 or three TECHNICAL helpdesk engineers. Hectic - busy environment, many tickets per day - fast paced, fun and friend;ly and challanaging environment but also one in a good fun team with career progression. Help Desk Specialists, who can support the existing Team of 5 (+ off-shore team of 7 in London).

Italian-English-French language is brilliant, or TWO of these 3 languages.
5 days per week in the office, by the Lake of Genève!!

The role:
· Supporting stakeholders with remote issues, phone issues, etc.
· Citrix (android, IOS, blackburry, iPhone)
· Webex multifactor authentication
· PowerShell
· Cisco telephone (an advantage)
· Remote – teamsview.
· VDI ; Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (user access management)
· Team works on around 150 tickets per day

Must-Have Skills:
· ITIL
· Exchange
· XL
· SCCM
· AD
· Powerpoint
· Must have used a ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Remedy ; client currently use EasyVista.
· Open to junior or senior profiles - has to be a self-starter, someone who will roll up their sleeves and fix the issues
· Must be fluent in English, French AND Italian
