HR Manager (m/f/d) Temp to PERM

We are currently looking for a Senior HR Manager(m/f/d) for our financial client

Start: ASAP
Duration: Temp to Perm; ca. 1-2 months contract - then perm
Volume: 80-100%
Location: Frankfurt area / Remote

Background: You will partner with the business and the People Team to drive organizational HR topics. You will support managers and employees within Germany and Switzerland. This role is based Eschborn with reporting to the Senior Director People & Talent based in Zug.

Tasks(independent delivery):
- Advise on workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning
- Contribute to high-impact engagement activities focused on employee experience
- Provide day-to-day guidance and support to line managers on various HR topics including
performance management, talent management, goal alignment, career development,
employee relations, disciplinary issues and compensation
- Review current HR Process structures and strive to optimize these
- Consultant on and apply the appropriate sections of applicable country specific laws,
guidelines, regulations and policies
- Ensure Data integrity within the various HR Systems
- Ensure compliance with all immigration / visas / work permit requirements
- Responsible for Employee On/ Offboarding Proces

Skills:
• 7+ years of HR business partner, talent, or generalist experience, ideally working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience building strong, effective, and trusted relationships and networks.
• Strong communication skills, ability to influence and articulate a variety of issues to different audiences, tailoring messages accordingly
• Ability to work effectively across geographies and partners
• Experience using HRIS systems for reporting and analytics
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, diversity, performance management, recruitment, and german employment law
• SAP / Citrix Experience would be beneficial
• You need to be a team worker, who is focused and passionate on taking HR within the business to the next level
Nice to have: previous experience in the financial industry in a HR function
