We are helping in the formation of a new team dedicated to Integrated Risk Management and are looking for passionate individuals committed to making a difference.

Job Purpose:

The Integrated Risk Manager will play a critical role in managing and enhancing our existing Integrated Risk Management (IRM) framework. This position focuses on supporting, teaching, and managing the IRM processes to ensure all risks are effectively identified, assessed, and mitigated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance and Manage IRM Framework: Oversee and continuously improve the existing IRM framework, ensuring it aligns with the bank’s mission and regulatory requirements.
• Support and Educate: Provide guidance and support to team members and other bank staff, fostering a risk-aware culture. Conduct training sessions to enhance understanding and management of risks.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Lead efforts to identify, assess, and prioritize risks across the bank’s operations, considering their potential impact on the bank’s social mission.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to ensure comprehensive risk coverage and effective communication of risk-related issues.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and support the bank’s social impact mission through diligent risk management practices.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead the newly formed IRM team, providing mentorship, support, and professional development opportunities to team members.

Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management within the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of integrated risk management principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teaching skills.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using risk management software and data analytics tools.
