We are looking for an IT Integration Manager (m/w/d) on a contract basis.

Start: June / July 2024
Duration: 6 Months initially
Location: Dusseldorf
Volume: Full-time
Languages: English & German

The IT Integration Manager will play a crucial role in the successful integration of IT systems following the acquisition. This role will involve managing the integration of Oracle and SuccessFactors systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT integration, particularly in post-merger and acquisition environments, and a deep understanding of Oracle and SuccessFactors platforms among others.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the end-to-end IT integration process following the acquisition, with a focus on Oracle and SuccessFactors systems.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive IT integration plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Assess existing IT systems and infrastructure, identifying gaps and areas for improvement to align with the client’s standards and goals.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance throughout the integration process.
• Coordinate with external vendors and consultants as needed to support the integration efforts.
• Monitor and report on integration progress, addressing any issues or roadblocks promptly to keep the project on track.
• Provide training and support to users on the integrated systems, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT integration and M&A activities.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Fluent in German and English
• Proven experience as an IT Integration Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on post-merger and acquisition integration projects.
• Extensive experience with Oracle and SuccessFactors systems, including implementation, customization, and integration.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data security, compliance, and best practices in IT integration.
• PMP, ITIL, or similar certification is a plus.
