IT Integrator - Financial Services, Amsterdam

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Integrator for the Financial Crime & Fraud Prevention (FCFP) domain. In this role, you will work closely with business, architecture, and squads to deliver a global KYC solution.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Owners to refine Epics into Features, focusing on technical solutions, dependencies, and design.

  • Translate business, architecture, and IT requirements into feature designs, working closely with stakeholders and squads.

  • Develop solution approaches for complex, cross-team/domain features, coordinating delivery across multiple squads.

  • Ensure features are delivered as designed, maintaining strong relationships with business counterparts.

  • Advise on feature dependencies, priorities, and backlog alignment, supporting delivery roadmaps and strategies.

  • Facilitate discussions and propose alternative solutions, leveraging your in-depth IT knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Strong IT background with a passion for technology and deep understanding of IT landscapes.

  • At least 5 years of experience in agile IT/technical project management within complex environments, preferably in banking or financial services.

  • Hands-on experience as a solution architect is a plus.

  • Proven ability to deliver end-to-end IT solutions and experience with agile methodologies.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven, with the ability to navigate complex global environments.

  • Proficiency in English and the ability to operate effectively in an international setting.

This role offers significant autonomy, requiring someone who can work independently within a large organization. You will be part of a chapter of IT Integrators supporting the KYC Delivery Tribe and collaborating closely with business, architects, IT managers, and DevOps squads.
