LEAD PLANNER URGENTLY REQUIRED FOR 3 MONTH PUBLIC SECTOR CONTRACT

EXCELLENT DAY RATE

As a member of this department your work will involve:
• managing major development projects
• influencing local planning policy
• stakeholder engagement, including internal teams, local planning authorities and developers
• leading on internal business improvement working groups
• training and coaching others in technical knowledge and personal skills
• supporting the Team Leader, using leadership and project management skills

Minimum Requirements:
• You will be qualified to at least degree standard (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline
• Experience related to planning applications for example within a local authority
• Proven project management skills
• Leadership skills, including ability to train and coach others
• An ability to work in a high workload, high pressure environment
