Limited Partnership / Private Equity Administration Consultant

We are looking for an experienced person to join our client as a Limited Partnership / Private Equity administration consultant (m/f/d) in PERM

Location: Zurich
Start: ASAP / April ( later start points possible)

Our client is a leading Swiss wealth management group. They focus on servicing and advising sophisticated private clients from around the world.

Tasks and Responsibilities
• Analyzing fund documents based on internal guidelines
• Processing and booking Limited Partnership investments / Private Equity funds
• Calculating and instructing capital calls and distribution breakdowns
• Calculating NAV prices and instructing NAV pricing
• Reconciling individual Limited Partnership investments / Private Equity funds
• Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper handling of investments
• Coordinating Limited Partnership investments / Private Equity funds transfers
• Advising internal stakeholders of corporate action events, proxy voting, consents where required and liaising with our many counterparties as required
• Providing up to date product information to our in-house Client Advisors and clients


Qualifications:
• Commercial apprenticeship or similar, preferably in the banking industry
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in handling Limited Partnerships / Private Equities
• Knowledge of how to interpret complex offering documents
• Experience in bookkeeping (basic)
• Strong user of Microsoft Office
• Fast learner with a solution and service-oriented working style
• Strong interpersonal skills in providing client services
• Motivated, reliable, flexible and willing to take on responsibility
• Ability to work under pressure with time sensitive matters
• Customer service mindset and an eye for detail
• Ability to complete repetitive tasks while ensuring flawless execution
• Fluency in both German and English (any other languages are a welcome addition)
