Operational Oversight Specialist

Our client is seeking an Operational Oversight Specialist to join their team and support the Daily Reconciliation processes for Migrated Portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform Daily Reconciliation processes for various portfolios, including Custody, Futures, and OTC.

- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze and reconcile data efficiently.

- Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to propose effective solutions.

- Take ownership of tasks and ensure high-quality outcomes.

- Drive process improvement initiatives, including automation and streamlining efforts.

Requirements:

- Preferred minimum of 5 years' experience in IBOR Reconciliation processes, preferably within Asset Management.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.

- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver results.

- Experience with process improvement initiatives, including automation and streamlining.

Location: The Hague

Employment Type: Full-time

Type: Contract (12 months with chance of extension)
