We are looking for a PCS7 consultant/ Engineer (m/f/d)

Location: Neuss (90%) /Remote (10%)
Job description ( mandatory):
Essentially, the expert provides the engineering services specified below as a specialist commissioning engineer for control technology:
- Execution and coordination of I&C commissioning.
- Monitoring the commissioning organisations of the suppliers.
- Review and documentation of commissioning activities.
- Monitoring the progress of commissioning.
- Identifying and tracking damage and defects.
- Checking commissioning documentation for completeness and plausibility.
- Creation and tracking of punch lists.
- Analysing and rectifying faults in the automation system.
- Carrying out loop checks and commissioning sensors and actuators.
- Operating control systems in operator and engineering mode.
- Back documentation of function plans from the control system.
- Maintaining ‘red pencil’ documentation in the control room.
- Ensuring that the I&C equipment is available on time.
- Advising the commissioning manager on the creation and review of commissioning planning.
- Analysing the schedule chains in the suppliers' commissioning planning.
- Advising on technical clarification discussions with suppliers, general planners, authorities or experts.
- Monitoring the fulfilment of contractual agreements between the client and the suppliers.
- Reporting to the project management and the site manager on significant events.
- Analysing and commenting on documents relevant to commissioning.
- Checking compliance with the relevant regulations, guidelines and standards.
- Attending all relevant meetings on the construction site.
- Supporting the HSE Site Manager / SiGeKo and the site manager in monitoring compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection requirements.
- Participation in the review of the ‘as-built’ documentation.
- Presence on the construction site during the contract period.
- Acceptance and management of spare, reserve and wear parts delivered by suppliers and documentation records.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge developing Control systems (in particular PCS7), PLC systems
- Measurement procedures and their application
- Relevant ISO, EN, DIN standards, VGB standards
- Power plant-specific sensors / actuators, explosion protection, PCT protection devices
- Calculation and design of sensors, actuators and (Ex) circuits
- Control and electrotechnical circuit diagrams
- P&I diagrams, process engineering system descriptions, functional diagrams
- MS Office programmes Excel, Word, Outlook
