Urgently looking for a Polish speaking Customer Trainer to work on an initial 12-month contract

Location: WFH

The ideal candidate will have a proven background working as a Customer Trainer within a Public Sector background.

Key Skill & Requirements:

  • Language Skills [Expert] – Fluent in spoken & written Polish & English (C2 Mastery)
  • Experienced customer training professional, recognised as an expert in telematics software
  • Strong interpersonal skills & the ability to interact effectively with senior management
  • Customer focused
  • Serve as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) on Reveal & legacy product platforms
  • Able to communicate complex concepts with clarity & enthusiasm
  • Exceptional planning & organisation skills
  • Experience & knowledge of Microsoft Office, G Suite & CRM systems e.g. Salesforce.com
  • Computer Skills [Advanced] - Ability to quickly learn software e.g. GSuite, Webex, CRM solutions (Salesforce) & video recording tools (e.g. Camtasia, Audacity)
  • Presentation Skills [Advanced] – The set of techniques & skills required to successfully present training processes (internally) & product features (externally)
  • Communication Skills [Advanced] - The ability to convey information (written & verbal) to another person effectively and efficiently
  • SaaS Knowledge [Intermediate] - Knowledge of SaaS & telematics solutions
  • Quality Management [Intermediate] - Apply quality controls to ensure a smooth onboarding experience & meet customer objectives
  • Time Management Skills [Intermediate] – The development and adoption of processes & tools that increase efficiency and productivity
  • Customer Service experience or relative customer facing experience
  • Software training experience
