Description

Process Analyst required to work for initial 9-month contract. The role scope is inside IR35. Keys & Skills Requirement: ? Lead the efforts working with process owners to gather and understand the processes in order to create DTP documentation.? Conduct staff interviews and review/research work products to aid in the development of DTPs and ensuring consistency of DTPs across the regions and with US domestic.? Drafting DTPs in line with agreed formats and structures for high level processes.? Working with individual country stakeholders to ensure any local variation is captured and documented.? Organising and implementing an appropriate document storage location and organisation system.? Work with the key stakeholders to develop and agree governance structure to update and record changes/updates going forward.? Extensive working knowledge of DTPs and process mapping/hierarchies? Strong Accounting process experience? Excellent attention to detail is essential? Strong computer skills utilising Microsoft Office, especially in Word and Excel? Strong computer skills utilising process mapping software?
