About the Role:
As a Project Manager in the Oil & Gas industry's Sustainability division, you will take on a leadership role in driving sustainability projects that align with our environmental and social responsibility goals. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects that not only contribute to a greener future but also create significant business value.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the Oil & Gas or energy sector.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Knowledge of sustainability principles, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for guiding cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving ability and the capability to manage project risks effectively.
- Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB) is a plus.
- Ability to stay updated with emerging sustainability trends and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with sustainability goals and project objectives.
- Budget Management: Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective project execution.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Project Execution: Lead project teams in executing sustainability initiatives, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure project outcomes meet sustainability standards and regulatory requirements.
- Reporting: Prepare regular project progress reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Sustainability Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sustainability initiatives.
