Regulatory Affairs Assistant


A medical device company in Switzerland is looking for a Regualtory Affairs Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will help to ensure that innovative ventilation solutions can be used quickly in practice. You will support our Regulatory Affairs Team in all administrative activities related to obtaining and maintaining international product approvals. For this position, it is possible to work 60% in the home office.


  • Coordination with the departments involved regarding the timely provision of all necessary documents and materials
  • Dispatch of documents or Materials in the target countries and creation of the associated shipping documents
  • Administration and coordination of the electronic team inbox
  • Coordination with internal and external partners regarding translation work or notarization of relevant documents
  • Taking over the general office organization for the team (preparation and follow-up of meetings, creation and processing of correspondence and documentation, especially in English)
  • Provision of dossier documents for new registrations of products, change and renewal procedures


  • Completed commercial vocational training EFZ e.g. as a clerk (m/f/d) for office communication or industrial clerk (m/f/d)
  • Organizational talent and very good teamwork and communication skills
  • Several years of professional experience in administration, preferably in the medical device industry
  • Knowledge of regulatory affairs desirable
  • Resilient and reliable personality with initiative
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
