Regulatory Reporting Analyst

Description

About the Organisation:
We are an ambitious financial institution focused on long-term consumer savings and investments — and we like to do things differently. We’re not a traditional bank or insurer. We believe in challenging the status quo, staying agile, and fostering a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
What will you be doing?
We’re looking for a regulatory reporting analyst who can meet tight deadlines, analyze complex data and reports, and collaborate effectively with other teams to deliver accurate and timely regulatory submissions. You’ll join a dynamic team of 11 professionals that blends fresh energy with deep experience, fostering an open and constructive working atmosphere.

Your role:
•Ensure compliance of regulatory reports with IFRS and CRR/CRD standards
•Prepare liquidity (LCR, NSFR), prudential (FINREP, COREP), and statistical (BSI, MIR) reports, as well as ad hoc regulatory submissions
•Contribute to regulatory change and implementation projects (e.g. CRR3/Basel IV)
•Monitor DNB’s DLR portal for regulatory deadlines
•Analyze reports generated via Wolters Kluwer’s OneSumX
•Assess the impact of new assets or products with input from ALM, Data, and Reporting teams
•Evaluate and support OneSumX release updates and related reporting changes
•Drive process improvements and help define internal controls and KPIs

Your experience and skills:
•Hands-on experience with regulatory reporting systems, preferably OneSumX
•Advanced Excel skills
•Familiarity with IFRS or Dutch GAAP is an advantage
•Understanding of CRR/CRD frameworks; experience implementing new DPMs is a plus
•Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years’ experience in regulatory reporting
•Eagerness to grow in both your role and the ever-evolving field of regulatory reporting
