Release Manager

Urgently seeking a Release Manager

Initial contract until end of February and the position will require 3 days a week onsite.

Environment and Release Manager is accountable for ensuring all activities to be executed on non production environments can be executed according to plan as well as ensuring the Production launch activities occur as effectively as possible.

Responsibilities as initially indicated:

• Fully accountable for all Release activities in Non Prod and Prod environments regards ensuring they happen on time and with right level of quality
• Accountable for ensuring all teams are aligned and coordinated effectively regards awareness of usage of environments, code drop dates, testing etc including running the weekly IT plan alignment call
• Accountable for driving the resolution of any issues regards having fully functional non prod environments – such as issues with code releases

Skills & Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• Must have knowledge of Azure DevOps
• Must have knowledge of Github and Guthub Actions
• Must have migrated from Github tools to Github Actions
• Python
• Azure cloud platforms
• Javascript, typescript
