For one of our clients we are looking for a SAP (m/w/d) Consultant with deep knowledge in SAP SD and LE-TRA

Project description

Roadmap: A SAP pre-calculation shall be rolled out to the countries Vietnam and Philippines, as well as a 4PL in Thailand will be connected into the standard clients’ data points. As part of the S4 frontrunner, a new carrier invoicing process shall be designed and implemented for a pilot country.
The project is divided into the following sections:
• Rollout of SAP pre-calculation and the S4 frontrunner
• TMS capability rollouts and improvements (OTM/SAP), specifically the SAP pre-calculation in Vietnam and the Philippines
• S4 frontrunner, Agency Business Document for freight invoicing
o Design and implement a new carrier invoice process in a pilot country
o Definition and Implementation of a template for Service PO based freight invoicing (S4 front runner). The template will be handed over to the client and validated for further usage.
o Roll out of template functionality
• Professional consulting of the project team in monthly project meetings regarding:
o Status updates on the current phase
o Resolution of currently open topics

Task (independent delivery):
o Analyze business processes as it is currently set up in SAP Horizon and document in PowerPoint and word documents
o Designing a Business Process: Agnostic Process definition of sea freight process in Adhesives by reviewing and documenting business requirements from different regions
o Designing process solution with reference to logistics processes
o Identifying application requirements (create Change Requests and Functional Designs)
o Creating Requirement List (Change Requests, Functional Designs)
• Build:
o Customizing and Development the processes specified as part of Analysis and Design
o Document Customizing of the processes specified as part of Analysis and Design
o Creating variants for all relevant programs
o Creating a List of used interfaces/programs with variants
o Technical Designs of solutions that cover the processes specified as part of Analysis and Design
• Integration test:
o Plan, create, check interfaces
o Creating an Interface Overview
o Preparing and managing master data
o Master data list
o Preparing and executing integration test
o Testing case Database

• User acceptance test
• Deploy and Cut over
• Go-Live
• Post Go-live / Hypercare:
• Knowledge Transfer and Handover to Maintenance:


Skills:
- Project Management (Waterfall and/or Agile)
- Excellent knowledge in SAP SD and LE-TRA
- Excellent knowledge on logistics processes and electronic communication with carriers and 3PLs Experience with Shipment pre-calculation for parcel, road and sea freight
