Scrum Master

About Us: We are a leading IT solutions provider partnering with top-tier clients across various industries. Currently, we are seeking a talented Scrum Master to join our team and work closely with our banking client within the payments team.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum events (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).
• Guide and coach the team on Agile and Scrum principles and practices.
• Remove impediments to the team's progress to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.
• Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
• Support product owners in backlog refinement and prioritization.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Previous experience working as a Scrum Master in an IT environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM) is preferred.
