Senior UX Designer

Get the change to have real impact on the customer journeys within the largest mortgage portfolio in the Netherlands. We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join the ride in creating solutions to make things easy and efficient for our customers and employees.

As a UX Designer within our Housing domain, you will be responsible for design and improve digital experiences for our customers in the Netherlands. The main challenge is helping the business transition from product-focus to focusing on customer experiences and helping the business creating digital journeys focused on customer needs.

Your responsibilities:

• Improve existing workflows and help us build scalable products.
  • You are the voice of the customer in the decision-making processes.
  • Design new page layouts following our design guidelines & components
  • You are fluent with design and prototyping within Figma and are familiar with Agile ways of working with development teams.
  • You are able to deliver final designs and support the development teams that implement them.• Work with a product team within the Housing tribe and have day-to-day interactions with the PO, BA, and developers - your home is the Chapter Design.
• • Be part of a team with 5 other designers, led by a Lead Designer
