Site/Utilities Project Manager

We have a current public sector opportunity for a Site/Utilities Project Manager on a contract basis. The position will be based in Reading. For further information about this position please apply.

SC/DV Cleared position (DV sponsorship available for eligible SC clearaed candidates)

18 month contract

2 Days onsite initially, 4 days on site once construction phase begins

Key Accountabilities:
Deliver assigned projects in accordance with requirements, operational constraints, time, cost and quality.
Lead, coach and develop a team at a local level to deliver team and personal objectives safely and securely to meet our operational plans.
Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security and quality and be a great team player.

Top essential criteria:
1. Relevant water-based experience.
2. Utility Based construction experience.
3. Relevant Project Manager experience in construction background.

Minimum Requirement:
• Relevant water-based experience.
• Relevant construction experience
• Relevant Project Manager experience in construction background.
• Stakeholder Management
• Communication skills
• APMP Desirable, not essential
• Waterfall desirable
• Able to work with Engineers and suppliers.
• Site/construction experience
• Utility Based construction experience.
