Role Overview:
As a Solution Architect (Connectivity), you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing connectivity solutions that enable seamless communication, data sharing, and control within Oil & Gas projects. Your expertise will encompass a wide range of connectivity technologies, including IoT, 5G, satellite communication, edge computing, and more. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of connectivity solutions that meet project requirements and industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end connectivity solutions for Oil & Gas projects, ensuring compatibility, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify project connectivity needs and recommend appropriate technologies.
- Conduct thorough assessments of project environments to address connectivity challenges and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on connectivity solutions, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong understanding of connectivity technologies such as IoT, 5G, edge computing, and satellite communication.
- Ability to analyze project requirements and recommend suitable connectivity approaches based on technical and business considerations.
