Urgently looking for a Test Manager to work on an initial 6-month contract

Location: WFH / Plymouth

The ideal candidate will have a proven background working as a
Test Manager within a Public Sector background

Key Skill & Requirements:

  • Technologies/systems used: API, Agile, Azure
  • Experience of managing multiple workstreams
  • Experience in managing testing at all levels (unit through to performance)
  • Responsible for developing capability and skills within the test discipline
  • Experience in managing and reporting on risk and implementing
    mitigation plans
  • Accountable for the development and monitoring of metrics to measure quality, using the analysis of these metrics to inform future quality strategies and any targeted quality initiative
  • Experience in automated testing tools and techniques
  • Experience of continuous integration practices
  • Experience of creating robust Test Strategies and Test plans to ensure quality
  • Accountable for setting a clear direction to implement quality across all teams
  • Accountable for the creation the project Quality Strategies
  • Accountable for maintaining a managed view of all test activity to ensure that testing is being appropriately carried out at across all project teams, including the identification of risks
