Michael Bailey Associates is an International Recruitment Company headquartered in the UK, with offices in the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Singapore and Australia. We specialise in IT, Telecommunications, Finance, Pharmaceutical, Automotive and Oil and Gas sectors across Europe and Asia Pacific.
As an Internal Recruiter, it will be your job to develop our Uk office in the IT and Life Sciences sector.
Our dedicated Training and Development Manager will help you to learn everything you need to know to become a successful Recruiter with a structured training program and ongoing training and coaching sessions.
You will be responsible for:
Sourcing and selecting candidates for the UK office
Conducting telephone interviews with candidates
Liaising with the line managers
Arranging interviews for line managers
