Our client is after an experienced Change and Communications Manager to step into the deployment phase of a technology implementation to provide the communication plans for the business.
Establishing the change and communication strategy and structure
Managing challenging stakeholder expectations
Documenting associated impacts, with regards to people, processes and toolsRequirements:
Solid experience in the delivery of business processes, change and communication deliverables and outcomes.
Experience producing company wide communications
Project management/consultancy experience in previous roles
8+ years of change and communication management experience in an enterprise size organisation
Supporting Change Management certifications e.g. Prosci
You must be hands on with the ability to work at grass roots level, these is a lot of communicaitons that needs ot be released and you will hold responsisbility for managing this communication
A full change management kit bag. You will work independently and be aligned to this specific implementation
Training needs, skills gap, knowledge gap analysis experience
Must be available to start immediately (<2 weeks)
