My client is an industry leading brand with a large well established customer analytics division and fun and vibrant culture. There is currently a major strategic focus on delivering data driven campaigns in order to come up with bundled products for go-to-market solutions.
We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Data Analyst to join the business. The core focus of these roles will be to drive and implement best practice methodologies while optimising data driven marketing campaigns across multiple products and channels in true end to end fashion.
The responsibilities of the role will cover:
Engaging and building relationships with key stakeholders from marketing, product and of the business units. Developing an understanding of their marketing objectives and consulting around the requirements of their direct marketing campaigns
Performing the pre analysis of the campaign that may include campaign sizing, the set up of control groups, ROI estimations, Test/learn and experimental design plans.
Building, automating and executing campaigns within a state of the art technical environment utilising the Teradata SQL, SAS and SAS CI.
Performing the post campaign analysis or PIR (post implementation review) of the campaign which should include analysis of performance against a control group, a or b testing, ROI calculations, and individual segment performance.
Collate the campaign results in PowerPoint slides and present format and deliver back to original stakeholders along with strategic recommendations The successful applicant will come from a proven background working in a data driven analytics environment, where the focus has been delivering key insights from large data sets:
Previous experience in managing a campaign is a MUST
Strong stakeholder engagement experience with the ability to build strong relationships while managing expectations in a fast past environment.
Strong experience in reporting and visualization tools such as OBIEE and Tableau
Exposure to working in a campaign best practice environment will prove highly advantageous (i.e. utilising methodologies listed above)
Advanced Technical skills within SQL (SQL Teradata, Oracle SQL, SQL Server etc), SAS, Excel/Access along with campaign management tools such as Teradata CRM (TCRM, TCM5, TRM6 etc), Unica, Chordiant, Alterian etc If the above requirements align with your experience please APPLY NOW as shortlisting for this role will commence immediately!
