Michael Bailey Associates have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with strong communication skills and business understanding to join a global FMCG leader. You will be tasked with facilitating requirements development sessions to gain an understanding of our customer's current state processes and technology in the CRM space. You will elicit current state pain points, and uncover gaps in CRM best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years experience as a Business Analyst
Strong experience with the Salesforce platform
Experience with Salesforce configuration is desirable
Experience with Salesforce custom development is desirable
Strong presentation and communication skills
An expert in the application of a variety of BA skills including; Business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, testing.
Ability to work with a diverse range of business stakeholders
Experience within the FMCG or retail service industry is desirable
