Excellent opportunity to join a growing global bank on a 3 year transformation program. Our Client is transforming the way they target their customers with the overall aim of improving bottom line growth.
This program will have a huge impact on the way their employees across the bank operate and as such require a Business Change Manager to help identify, drive and embed change across a wide range of initiatives including but not limited to:
Customer Management Tools
Identification and target of high value clients
Improving SalesInitially as the program gets off the ground it is expected that you will be able to travel to New Zealand for approximately 1 week a month to understand the change and impact across the New Zealand branches. (Travel expenses are of course covered!)
In order to succeed in this contract I am looking for a Change Manager, experienced in the delivery of change management activities, including people risk and change impact assessments, change strategy, development and delivery of learning and communication material and stakeholder management.
Furthermore in order to work well with the Project Manager you will be motivated, driven, dynamic and have lots of energy to match his style and passion.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Minimum of 7 years experience in a Change Management role
Strong understanding and proven experience delivering organisational and cultural change
PROSCI or similar certification is advantageous
Banking or Finance experience
Ability to work through the full change lifecycle a get into grass root level of change
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
