For our client in the telecom industry we are looking for a Customer Insight Specialist
Duration: 6 months (possible Extension)
Language: Dutch & English
Our client sends out monthly surveys to gather feedback from their customers. We are looking for someone who can analyze these surveys and write reports on them for the business to use.
In order to do so successfully you have knowledge of and experience in telecommunication companies.
As a Customer Insights Specialist in the Customer Journey Design & Management team, you are responsible for analyzing customers’ feedback gathered through our monthly surveys and turning them into actionable insights that will help to improve the customer experience in every step of the customer journey.
The ideal candidate should be:
Passionate about the customer and convinced that customer focus drives business value
Inspired by customer feedback to root out and pinpoint problems
Able to interpret & translate customer feedback into relevant business guidance
Analytical and creative to get the most out of the data
Ok with ambiguity and understand that NPS reflects perception - a customer’s reality
Strong in project management
Several years of experience in customer insights and customer research methodologies - previous experience with the NPS methodology is a plus
An experienced Excel user
Fluent in Dutch and English
