For our client in the R&D area we are looking for a Process Engineer with micro positioning experience (e.g. die-bonding)!
Duration: 12 Months (possible extension)
Language: English (Dutch is preferred)
Part of our clients R&D organization is responsible for development of printing (imaging) processes and consumable materials (inks, toners, printheads) to be applied in innovative prints systems.
Within this department a team is responsible for the engineering and industrialization of an intermediate assembly. This unit consists of a number of parts which need to be assembled and tested. Critical items are: glued connections, application ad curing of adhesives, handling and micro-positioning of fragile parts, cleaning / clean assembly / contamination control in clean rooms.
To expand this team we are looking for a Process Engineer with micro positioning experience (e.g. die-bonding)!
Main tasks are:
Process engineering of assembly processes for the manufacturing of the drop forming unit:
application of adhesives, handling and micro-positioning of parts, curing of adhesives, contamination control.
If necessary, definition of relevant process equipment and measurement equipment and procuring. Discussing and reporting of results.
In this job the engineer will be working in a multidisciplinary team consisting of a team lead and other process and material designers ,engineers and technicians. Expertise area's of the team members are in the field of (chemical) process technology, mechanical engineering.
