Michael Baileys has another exciting opportunity to join a global bank on a 3 year business transformation program. This will be their biggest and most important transformation they have ever undertaken at the bank. Our Client will be consolidating their core banking platform, implementing a BPM & CRM using PEGA, and a new online banking piece to transform the way they interact with customer. This will be the largest project they have embarked on to date.
In order to succeed in this contract I am looking for a Change Management Lead, experienced in the delivery of change management activities, including people risk and change impact assessments, training, change strategy, development and delivery of learning and communication material and stakeholder management. Most importantly, the candidate must have experience with technology change.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Minimum of 7 years experience in a Change Management role
Experience on large technology change
Experience in managing other Change Managers on large projects
Prosci or similar certification is advantageous
Banking or Finance experience
Ability to work through the full change life cycle a get into grass root level of change
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
