Our client a local government organisation are currently under-going a business wide transformation. Partnering with program and the Information Management Team, this role focuses on records management education and training, EDRMS specific training and minor configuration initiatives.
In order to hit the ground running in this contract opportunity it is expected that you have prior experience with;
Experience in records management / ECM / EDRMS projects
Experience in business transformation advantageous
Records management obligations and standards.E
Experience with document and records lifecycle management - creation, classification, storage, access, use, retention, disposal
Experience in both physical and electronic records management
Experience with ECM or EDRMS tools; Technology One an advantage, but not essential
Experience in the delivery of training and education and awareness activities
Excellent business stakeholder engagement and personal engagement skills
Excellent facilitation of workshops
Excellent communication, both written and oral
Extensive experience and ability in understanding people and the ability to develop and foster relationships •
Demonstrated success in working collaboratively in a team environment
