The PMO Administrator role will be tasked with actively supporting the delivery of the project portfolio to ensure the team can meet deadlines, deliver and report on projects.  Reporting to the Project Portfolio manager you will be an integral part of the wider project and technology teams working closely with Project Managers, Finance and directly with business units. 
 Key responsibilities:

Maintain and administer data within PMO systems eg. Sentient

Process and manage project invoicing

Generate business unit project and portfolio reporting

Support month end finance reporting and assist with project finance reconciliation on an ad-hoc basis

Co-ordinate onboarding of new starters

Co- ordinate and complete stage gate reviews on projects

Co-ordinate compliance self-assessment

Support the project delivery team as required

Maintain project Sharepoint site

Manage small ad-hoc initiatives as required

Other activities as required by senior management To be successful in this role you need to possess:

Demonstrated self-start attitude with a desire to learn and a willingness to grow

Interest in project management, project governance and business analysis

2+ years in Project/PMO Administration/Officer/Coordination roles

Demonstrated skills in Excel, Word and  PowerPoint,

Knowledge of project planning methodologies and core project components is advantageous

Proven ability to manage your time and complete tasks autonomously
