Technical Support Officer - Start ASAP
A client of MBA are searching for a strong technology support officer, to join their growing ICT department. The client are in the education sector.
Qualifications and Experience:
o No less than two years of experience in Technical Support (general computer installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, customer service and support.
o Windows based end-user computing devices such as laptops, desktops, tablets and other portable devices
o Basic working knowledge and understanding of networking concepts
DHCP, VLANs, DNS etc
o NSW Class C Drivers Licence or Equivalent
Excellent communication skills
o Experience working in a K-12 educational environment
o Apple (Mac OS / OS X and iOS)
o Understanding of cloud services such as Microsoft Office 365 and Google
o Experience in using MDM and Deployment tools such as Casper / JAMF
Pro, Microsoft SCCM and Microfocus Zenworks.
