My client is looking for 2 Technical Support officers to join the team for a 3-6 month engagement, possibly longer if you fit well within the team and the work permits.
YOU MUST BE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE, WITH 1-3 YEARS EXPERIENCE
The role will be 80%-90% level 1 phone based support, so you must be prepared to match the teams expectation that most issues can be resolved at level 1. Phone calls range in the number 100-350, with 100 tickets resolved per day on average.

What you will need:
Advanced Windows 7 technical knowledge and a working knowledge of Windows 8.1
MS Exchange and Outlook email client
Microsoft Lync/Skype for Business
Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy experience
Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop experience for session and profile management - NEED THIS!!!
Microsoft Office 365 suite and Microsoft Office 2013 / 2010
Understanding of ITIL concepts
An in depth understanding of VoIP telephony technologies using MS Lync/Skype for Business
An in depth understanding of TCP-IP protocolsDesirable
