Our client is looking for a 'hands on' Infra Service Delivery lead to manage a small team and get involved with the service desk run off and couple of interesting projects.. You will be responsible for all aspects of people management within the team. Plus driving the culture of service delivery, collaboration, knowledge building and continuous improvement..
The soft stuff;
Proven people and team management experience (3+ years)
Advanced system administration experience in a medium-to-large enterprise environment
Ability to work in a team with a shared workload
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload
ITIL Foundation The technical stuff:
Microsoft Server 2008 or above
Microsoft Active Directory (DNS, DHCP, Site & Services, Group Policy)
VMware AND Citrix
Storage systems technologies You will be the sort of person that keeps up-to-date with infrastructure technologies and trends within the industry. Plus have excellent verbal and written communication and problem solving skills..
