Our client is a global brand and well know here in Australia. As part of continued growth they have embarked on a number of business and IT transformation initiatives to ensure they remain competitive and grow market share.
One of the largest programs which will run over the next couple of years is the loan origination implementation project utilising Pega as the chosen vendor.
As the SME and Business Architect you will act as the functional expert in the implemented system from a business perspective. As the Business Architect you will gain an understanding of the Pega modules the project is implementing and the set up and configuration options available.
You will be working hand in hand with the Pega System Architecture team but face off into the business, focusing on emerging business needs, gap analysis, process re-engineering and requirements that require technical attention.
Required skills and experience:
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Experience with Pega system / modules - Supporting certifications is beneficial but not essential
Relevant tertiary qualifications applicable to the position
Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and meet prescribed deadlines
Finance sector experience preferred but not essential
Technical aptitude and business process understanding. Experience in developing process models and process maps
Ability to gather, analyse and document requirements to meet the needs of the business and technical teams.
Analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work with a variety of personality types and recognise issue urgency and need
