Our client is a nationwide financial organisation that is looking for a Service management reporting analyst to join their team in Kent on a permanent basis.
The candidate within this role will be responsible to contribute to follow the agreed live services communications framework and standards e.g. Process, templates, formats, frequency and style. Understand requirements; create reporting solutions for customer service managers. Creating and publishing business facing performance reports e.g. service roadmaps / SIPs. Updates against these roadmaps / SIPs ‘management reporting packs.
The candidate must ideally have relevant experience with working in a specific service reporting role - suitable to a FTSE100 business. Also experience in manipulating data, spreadsheets and dashboards. Or experience of Excel, Pivot tables, C-Look-ups etc.
